Together
with you, we come up
with a price range we
feel we can sell your
merchandise in.
We start at the high
end of that range, reduce
over time if needed,
and split the proceeds
50/50 once the item
sells. We mail out checks
on the 10th of every
month for the previous
month’s sales.

sell during

Only in good condition.
NO APPLIANCES.
No lacquer or
laminates.
No mattresses
or box springs.

How
are shipping charges
determined on your website?

When
you purchase
furniture
through our website,
there will be
a small handling
fee per item,
as well as a base
shipping charge.
Total shipping
charges are calculated
when you checkout.
You are welcome
to pick up your
furniture at our
store and not
pay a shipping
fee.
